UNSPOOLS is operated by Buğra Kerem Özcan (KOZ Studios), a sole proprietorship established in Türkiye and based in Ankara, Türkiye. Contact the operator at koz.devs@gmail.com.

Agreement to these Terms

By creating an account or using UNSPOOLS, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use the service only where doing so is lawful and only through an account you are permitted to control.

Free entertainment only

UNSPOOLS is entirely free. It does not sell access or digital content and it accepts no stake, entry fee, deposit or payment. Points, rankings and predictions have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, redeemed or withdrawn. No outcome awards money, property or another prize of monetary value.

A prediction here is a guess written down among friends, scored against a published result. It is not a bet, a stake or a wager, there is no counterparty and there is nothing to win or lose but a place in a private table. UNSPOOLS is not a betting operator, is not licensed as one, and does not need to be: there is no pool, no payout and no money in the game at any point.

No odds are offered, quoted or displayed, and the service takes no data from any bookmaker, betting exchange or prediction market.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, keep your password private and use only accounts you control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until its sessions are revoked. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Private leagues

A league is visible only to its invited members. Owners control invitations, scoring options and membership. Do not share invite codes publicly unless you intend everyone with the code to join. Your display name, predictions and points are visible to members of the same league.

Predictions and results

Predictions lock at their server-side deadline. Points follow the published event profile and are only game scores. Official fixture corrections, cancellations or result changes may recalculate standings; the scoring audit shown in the product is the authoritative entertainment-game record. Predictions are not financial advice and have no effect on an external match.

Acceptable use

Do not harass other players, impersonate people, submit unlawful content, automate abusive traffic, probe for private data, bypass deadlines or security controls, manipulate scoring, or interfere with service operation. Do not use UNSPOOLS to organize real-money wagering or gambling, and do not attach a stake, a pool or a side-bet to a league, a table or a prediction on it, whether settled here or anywhere else. Access may be limited or removed to protect users, the game and the service.

Availability and third-party facts

The service may be changed, corrected, paused or discontinued for maintenance, security, event corrections or operational reasons. UNSPOOLS depends on third-party infrastructure and public event information and does not promise that every feed or fact will always be complete or uninterrupted. Unconfirmed facts are not intentionally published as official.

Closing or restricting an account

You can export a copy of your account data from Profile. Standard player accounts can also be deleted there, and deletion is permanent. If you own a league, deleting your account also removes that league and its league-specific predictions. An administrator account must first be demoted through a controlled administrative operation before self-service deletion is available. We may restrict or close accounts that materially breach these Terms or threaten users or the service.

Disclaimers and responsibility

UNSPOOLS is provided as a free entertainment service on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of third-party event data and is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and the service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Subject to mandatory rules that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts and enforcement offices of Ankara, Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms when the service or law changes. The effective date above identifies the current version, and material changes will be presented through the service or another appropriate channel. Questions may be sent to koz.devs@gmail.com.
